Print Icon Not showing Up in ClassiPress with Simply Responsive Child Theme

Just bought the plugin.

I have two sites - almost identical - I needed to change the name of original due to marketing surveys

Works great on original site

Print icon does not show at all in other site:

Difference in Plug-Ins:
W3 Total Cache
WP-Optimize
Remove J-Query string from static resources

Deactivated these plugins and tried - still did not work
Message received on top bar basically new plug-ins been activated/reactivted clear cache and minify. Did that. All various scenarios.
Still no print icon shows

I m an absolute, no-holds-bar ignoramaus about all this. All I cn figure is there is some one of the many check boxes in the optimization plug-ins noted
in differences that is keeping the print plug in from showing.

Please? Any ideas? And remember, I know absolutely nothing about anything. Just simply trying to make my site better. If you have a solution a step by step hand hold approach is what I would need as I am deathly afraid of loosing all my hard work of many hours - despite the fact I do diligent backups.
