Multiple Issues with Linkshare Plugin

My main problems is that there is no instruction manual or pdf for this plugin.
I have read that I am supposed to be able to delete all stores and flush cache but I cant find anywhere to do this.

1. My imported stores do NOT have my affiliate code added to the outbound link.
Am I supposed to add this MYSELF?
Or is this a function thats NOT working?

2. on stores page=
mywebsite.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=stores&post_type=coupon
I DELETED every store to take my website back to 0
I also deleted all coupons
after doing this I STILL had STORES in:
mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=app-linkshare&tab=stores_relations
so NOT deleted

3. I REimported coupons
Now I DONT HAVE and IMAGES for stores
the default clipper theme image is showing as all stores images
and I still dont have my affiliate links added to all stores

3. Stores that I want to delete/remove are STILL in stores and I cant find anyway to delete them or remove them permanently.

4. I would prefer NOT to add stores, so if there is a tick box to have these or not have these WHY will coupons NOT import if I dont click the stores box?
