    why is there no categories and store relation

    After installing the Linkshare coupons for Clipper, I can not see categories and stores relation tab at ll。 Why？

    It also say the affiliate user account password is defined in wp-config.php file. Does it mean need code password first in php file firstly..

    I also saw the plugin call Linkshare publisher plugin, are they the same feature?
