$0.00 ads, unnecessary e-mail and invoices notifications

Dear AppThemes Team,

I took the liberty of mailing you today by the contact form because we have an issue that not seems to get a solution in the Forums. Because i belief this is an issue that should be solved by the team as it is integrated in the system , i think i should not pay for a modification.
Mr Samcy has let us know that he has written the DEV department, but after months and months, there is still not a solution.
This is the issue: When a free ad is posted, this is what is been generated by the system: 1) Ad Listing Fee shows: $0.00 2) it also creates/generates me invoices with 0.00$ price, as seen in the orders section in my admin area, 3) The poster receives e-mail after e-mail with an order resume of 0.00$ 4) it create confusion by the customer when he/she goes to his order section in the dashboard. 5) It's time consuming to delete all of these 0.00$ orders, order by order manually from my admin section 6) it corrupts my bookkeeping and creates tons of work that shouldn't be done. Would it be possible to look in to the matter please and maybe ad a piece of code that doesn't trigger all the above anymore when an ad is posted for free or a way to disable it ?
