3.0.5.2 Still half baked Rolling back to 3.0.4

after spending two weeks on this forums going through the ups and downs of these crazy releases.. I have to admit defeat.

Classpress no longer fits with the only decent language translation plugin wpml. I have spoken to them an they have told me that they are willing to work on modificaton to make it work. I would have taken them up on their offer had i been confident that moving forward with classipress some considerations for the multi language sites would be made...but im not..and i dont want to spend time and money on something that will be incompatible at the end of december.

For Mr Cowgill and anyone else who cares wmpl are actively working with theme developers to ensure the plugins and themes are compatible....and they are actively looking for theme developers to contact them!!! worth an email???

For the little 'improvements' we have had there seem to have been some major back wards steps. My current issues apart from languages:

color box not working ( pepsi is looking into this)
custom forms do not display in order
    custom fields still greyed out
ad listings not resolved with the full width change
Inability to display all the images
cant take off the horrific rollover image ( even when no is selected)
breadcrumb trails dont link back to main parent category

I am now reverting to 3.0.4 which is the last stable platform that has been shunted out. I have banged in the new css which give the same look and feel as 3.0.5.2 ...wow! but the best thing is everything works!

i can live without the 3 or 4 working improvements that the last version has provided. Just disappointed that i will not be able to enjoy the 'lifetime support' as advertised

Thanks to pepsi for her help in trying to resolve the issues that i had...unfortunatley i think its a job for more than one person.

Hopefully there have been some lessons learned in this period...but gathering form some fairly self congratulatory posts I'm not so sure....
