    3.1.6....what to do?

    I need some help...

    My stupid question is?

    I received an email today with the new version 3.1.6 and it is the full version...no patch.
    my question is:

    How can I update my site to the new version without breaking it or lose all my contents ( categories, listing, etc)?

    I am not sure what to do...please help

    I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?
