3.1.7 Update Problem | Page N of N and Ad Views Counter

Just updated to 3.1.7 and I no longer see...

1. At the bottom of the home page the "Page N of N" 1, 2, 3, ... does not appear. Instead there is a hyperlink with the words "View More Ads". The "Page N of N" 1, 2, 3 ... is an important feature on the home page which shows to a visitor that there are additional pages beyond the what is shown on the home page. The hyperlink with the Words "View More Ads" is too subtile. What do I need to do to add "Page N of N" 1, 2, 3, ... at the bottom of the home page?

2. The number of ad views is not appearing on each ad. The ad views feature is important because it shows to my clients that their ad is viewing viewed. It is also shows a potential buyer that other people are looking at the product and it may be bought soon so they should act quickly. What do I need to do to add Ad Views on each ad?
