3.1 my footers and right side elements are not loading

So i noticed through some trial and error that on my ads pages the footer and right column are not loading at all.

if you go to the root of the domain: Princeton Ads - Central New Jersey's best Classified ad site. you will see everything seem to be fine, though now if you go to an ad such as this, http://princetonads.com/ads/1997-saab-9000-turbo the footer nor the right hand side column load.

ok to just throw another twist in there, there is one ad that does load fine.... this one:REVOX B750 INTEGRATED AMP | PrincetonAds.com but that seems to be the only one.

Any one have any ideas?
