After ad creation i get "The page or ad listing you are trying to reach no longer.."

Hi,

Hope all is well, this is a fairly new issues and am unsure how it came about.

When I post an add I get the "The page or ad listing you are trying to reach no longer exists or has expired." error page.

This doesn't affect the listing submission as they are still sent for review but I guess the "listing successful" page or message isn't reachable.

Things I've tired:

1 - disable all plugins then test = same
2 - change the permalink structure = same
