Ad fields not always appearing in published ad + Expirred notice (can I remove it?)

Hi,
I am uploading free ads as an administrator for customers - a freebie for 6 months or a year as way of thanks for their custom in past.

What I find is that:

1/ the Url field, even though I enter correct data in all cases - sometimes appears in published ad and sometimes does not.
2/ I put "complimentary" as the AdID for all these
3/ They keep saying "This Ad has expired" on the published ad, when it has not expired cos I just published it. And even if it is using the 90 day max time period (I have 4 ad packages - FREE for existing customers (entering 0 rather than FREE as value); 1 month, 60 days and 90 days.

Is the fact that I am admin entering these adverts causing a problem - I mean can I override all controls like this and put free ads in?

But that doesn't explain why some are showing url and some not.
Many of the ads have been converted from blog to ads (old 2.9 version ads)
Expiry notice - can I remove this field from the published ad? It's irrelevant, and the ad can just disappear when it has expired, it doesn't benefit anyone from having it there (pulbished I mean - ok for internal administration).

If anyone has any tips I'd be grateful.
