Ad post area only - Need to allow posts to be written in RTL for Arabic keyboard

Hi,

I would like to allow or set by default the following:

1) in the Ad Post section, when registered users are posting new Ads using their Arabic keyboard to write in Arabic, I would like fields to accept RTL instead of LTR for typed texts.

2) In the comments field and contact field: Again set the default text direction to RTL instead of LTR.

While this is done, I would like to make sure that this change does not effect the style.css or any layout texts anywhere on the site or the admin panel. It is just to make it easy for registered users to type in Arabic from RTL as they have a hard time writing arabic while the the text fields are set to LTR. My site theme text and layout is by default in english and I would like it to stay like this eventhough I want to make this changes just for the areas specified above. Since the theme has a seperate posting for Ads, I do not think it would be the same for me to get solutions from wordpress forums right? Since wordpress, Posts area are not used for the Classipress Adpost.
