    Ad is shown in Featured Listings when is NOT supposed to .....

    I'm using 3.0.5....under Pricing I have set Featured Ad Price: 2.5
    but I found even when I create an ad without paying the 2.5 fine, it STILL show on the Featured Listings......

    how can I fix this?????

    how does Featured Listings works exactly???
