    "Add" date settings in American, Need Australian

    How do we change the date in the "Add" section. The general wordpress settings are set to
    "October 18, 2011" and this works right throughout the site, except for in the add section where it is in American format and we want it to be Australian format. eg day/month/year. See screen shot
