    Question add google plus one button problem

    According to "add a google plus one button" article from the tutorial, I pasted the code to the end of themes/classipress-314/functions.php, but always displayed "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home2/makesol1/public_html/handyloft/wp-content/themes/classipress-314/functions.php on line 27", is there any syntax error of that code, or is it this file to add code into.
    Somebody help~~
