Adding new fields to existing ads

Say you have 10 fields. An advertiser fills those 10 out and creates an ad. Then you add an 11th field and the advertiser wants to add that to their ad as it's relevant. Is there a way of doing adding the new field to an existing ad or would they have to re-list their ad from scratch?

And if hundreds of advertisers wanted to do that, is there a bulk way of adding that field to all the ads?
