Admin Bar displays for members

Hello Support and Members of the forum,

I have search the forum and I could not find the answer that I need to correct a problem that I am experiencing.

When new members signs up they see the admin bar so I have to edit each member so they do not see the admin bar.

Is there a direction in the admin section that someone can point me to so the admin bar is not ticked when they join?
