Ads to be in "Pending Review" after EDITING - again

When user posts a new ad, it goes in Pending Review status. However, after that user goes to Dashboard and edits the advertizement, the changes are posted directly to live site. The Ad should go again in Pending Review status, otherwise there is chance for SPAM etc

There is an alternate
Each new edition should be accepted by the administrator, or combined with Invisbile defender WP

This is very important for the security and business
The same as the option to confirm by e-mail registration.
IMHO it is frightening as you can about such basic things forgotten or ignored. You are in the United States of America - security is the basis
