Adsense not showing on home page or user page

Hello everyone. Any help would, as always, be greatly appreciated.
My adsense disappeared on the home (side and footer) and from the side of pages such as the 'contact' and 'about us' page. On the other hand, it shows on the ad pages(when you are looking at the single ad.)
Basically it's picking up the work from the 'ad page' but no other pages.
The site is LynchburgList.com. I disabled all the plugins before and it still was not working. Any help?
P.S. I tried getting new codes to hopefully fix the problem. Now, they are remaining under a 'new' status instead of 'active.' Maybe the pagination affected it?
