Advanced Search Issue - Need quick help

This is VERY Important!

In the Advanced Search (aka Refine Search) I've a custom field "Colors"
(it's a checkbox field with 20 color options)

How to display ONLY the custom field options that is used by Ads? and NOT ALL - what not used!

Here is a Problem:

When I'm in a category - it shows the custom field (Color) WITH ALL the color options.

This is a BIG problem!

The custom field Color - have 20 color options.

But let say, there is only 5 color used in ads under this category

Which means, that if they click on ANY of the other 15 colors (which is NO Ads used in this category)

So they all will get No Ads Find!

As a "Refine Search" it should ONLY display those color options that have Ad in this category.....

Otherwise that is not a "Refine Search" ..... but a search and a lots of: "No Ad Find".

So How do I adjust the Advanced Search (aka Refine Search) to Hide Custom field options that has not used by Ads in the current category I'm try to "refine"?
