Allow HTML "This field is required." issue

I noticed that in Classipress 3.3.3 there is a bug.After activate Allow HTML in settings, while I want to add an ad there I must click two times click on next button becouse after first time on Tiny Mce there is a information that this fileld is required. (despite the fact that the field is completed). I know that in the past this issue was in previous versions of classipress, but it was fixed. Is there any solution for this... ?
