    Cool Bar above the Footer displaying menu links

    Hi- this is my first time posting. Someone else set my site up for me, and I am now trying to muddle through learning everything! I did the auto update to V 3.1.9 today and it seems all is well except that all my menu links and then some now appear in the blue bar above the footer. Can someone please tell me how to turn them off or remove those links from that area please?
