    Question Big problem in single AD contact form for non Latin Name

    Hi
    I have a web site with CP 3.1.4 with RTL style and Arabic language. I found the contact form in single AD form Does not send the message to AD poster if the name in the Name field in the form in non Latin character and have characters less then 6,and more then 11
    What I want to say that if the name less than 6 characters and more than 11 characters ,The message is not up to Ad poster, with appearance of "your message has been sent" in all names with any Number of characters
    I try several times to send a message until I discovered why the messages do not reach with Arabic name.
    this is a problem..how i can solve it? please any one can help me?
