    Bug: ad -submission step 3 page broken.

    Since version 3.3 page 3 of the ad-submission part is broken.

    The top image doesn't show up. I have checked the source and the url of the image works properly.
    Also the footer doesn't show up anymore.

    Here is an image. You see the missing step 3 of 3 image and the missing footer.

    In the screenshot you see a childtheme, which is ofcourse modified. But it also happens with the unmodified default theme.
    What is going on?
