Can Google Read Ad Titles?

Hi Folks,

A few questions about Classipress and ad content visiblity to Google.

(1) Can Google read & index the titles of ads? If it can't - is there any way to address this?

(2) Is there any proven modifications, actions, or plugins that make ad content more SEO friendly? (I know about WordPress SEO plugin, but don't want to use it because it is in beta testing, and I have read very mixed reports about All in One SEO so I don't want to chance that either.)

(3) Lastly, when an advertiser uploads a photo, is it possible to have ClassiPress fill in the image alt tag with the title of the ad, or else name the photo with the title of the ad (instead of the numeric title that it curently assigns?)
