    Can not update to CP3.3.3

    Hi!

    I can not update the theme from 3.3.2 to 3.3.3. Tried 3 times: error - Can not remove the old theme. Checked API and have App themes updater 1.3.
    When I checked the folder it seems that it can not remove loading-thumb.gif from images folder, and I can not delete it manualy either..
