Can't install 3.0.5.3

I'm currently using Classipress 3.0.5.2.

I downloaded 3.0.5.3 from my account file and unzipped it.

Followed the instructions to upload the file.

Got this message:

Installing the theme…
Destination folder already exists. /home/shoprenf/public_html/wp-content/themes/classipress/
Theme install failed.

I am so frustrated with this theme. I haven't been able to accomplish even one task I have attempted today. What a wasted day! I'm ready to chuck this theme and wordpress and move to the outer Hebrides forever and ever amen. (I certainly hope there is no Internet on the Outer Hebrides! Otherwise, I'll have to take up residence in a submarine somewhere - one that definitely does not involve anything Internet!) OR CLASSIPRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
