    Can't login to site at all

    I have just updated my site, and find that I now can't log in at all.

    I put in the Username / p/word it takes me to a bot screen when it ask's me a maths questions.

    Then it takes be back to the login screen.

    It keeps me in that loop..

    Its the same with admin login or customer login..

    please help
