Catchable fatal error

Hi, I am getting an error message on one of my ads:

Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/fixtr308/public_html/wp-content/themes/classipress/includes/theme-functions.php on line 1390

I searched through the forums and it says that it is because of a changed category. However, I simply cannot find the ad on the system, so I am unable to assign it a new category.

To make things worse, it is still showing up in Featured ads.

1) How do I find this ad so I can assign it a category?
2) If that does not work, how do I delete it off the featured scroller as it still displays there.
