    categories deleted

    After 3.0.5 upgrade , I have deleted several cats under one of the sub-directory and as a result of it am noticing following message for few posts....so how can I set to any default category for such posts ? any opinion.

    Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in ..../themes/classipress/includes/theme-functions.php on line 1423
