Categories and Forms (different)

Hi Friends,

I noted that although I created a specific form layout for my site (I use it as a jobs site) that when I tried posting (seeing what would come up) under certain, so far unused categories that the forms defaulted to the original CP form layout instead of the one I had created to function on the site.

vancouverjobs.ca is the site - and if you try to post a job on "C" level jobs on high tech as opposed to what you will see on other jobs that I have created you will note the issue. Totally different.

Any help would be kindly received (hope this is an easy one)
