Category Hierarchy Issues

I have some issues with the Classipress Category Hierarchy structure. I'm not sure whether this is simply because Classipress hasn't been developed further than the sub-category level or whether the CP 3.1.7 update has had some affect on the structure.
Up until this point, I haven't had the need to use
sub-sub categories and I'm now using a test site here:
http://buynewhouseandland.net.au/ before I implement any changes on my "live" site.....as I do with all changes.
For the purpose of demonstrating my concerns, I have opened up
all of the Category settings (Show all, 3 & 4 columns, etc) and sorted by name.
Using the "NORTHERN" category as the example, the
correct hierarchy should be as follows:
NORTHERN (Main cat) URL..../northern
Mernda (Sub Cat) URL…./northern/mernda
 Land Only (Sub-sub Cat) URL..../northern/mernda/land-only
More Land (Sub-sub-sub Cat) URL..../northern/mernda/land-only/more-land
As you can see, the Category structure is incorrectly shown as follows:
NORTHERNLand Only
Mernda
More Land
Apart from the obvious lack of indentation for the sub-sub & sub-sub-sub categories, these ‘lower’ sub categories are not in their correct order/hierarchy. I’ve tried to sort by ID as well as name but to no avail.
Even more bizarre is the url structure for the sub-sub category as follows:
URL..../northern/mernda/land-only
-mernda
The sub-category name (mernda) has mysteriously been added back to the end of the sub-sub category name (land-only)?!
Firstly, could you
please clarify exactly what the Classipress 3.1.7 Category hierarchy is supposed look like in its standard form (
fully expanded to a sub-sub category basis)? The Appthemes Demo only goes as far as the sub-category level. How about adding a
sub-sub category & a further
sub-sub-sub category to the
Demo and let's see for ourselves?
Secondly, and of even greater concern, is that the URL structure for most of the
sub-sub categories on my test site is incorrect...it is automatically
adding the sub-category name to the end of the sub-sub category name as soon as I create the category...and I can't edit it in the admin panel (it won't save)?! Could this be a bug?
