Category Issues - This Is A Show Stopper

Hello,

Category configuration:

Parent Category
- Child
--Child


--Child (does not show) on home page, at least not the way it should. It does however show as if it's a parent category on the home page.

I also have Category Depth set to "Show All" but it's only showing 10 on the home page.

I can't work on the site with these issues. It's just one thing after another.

I need a response and a time frame.

3.05.1 and new install of Wordpress 3.01
