Changing Default Country Setting In Form LayOut From The U.S.
Hello!

Just got into this great theme and need to start customizing. This is my first thread so please forgive my ignorance. Say, I added a new Custom Fileld and need to edit the From Layout. I want the user to be able to narrow his search to a particular region. I can see the U.S but all other countries are greyed out.

How do I redeem this since I'm not in the U.S?
