    Changing price field in backend not applying

    I've tried to change the price field for an item from 'sold' to 'pending sale' however when saving it will not apply it (always goes back to 'sold')

    I have tried:

    deleted custom field (cp_price) then added new one (cp_price)
    Cleared cache in: settings>system info>advanced
    Cleared browser cache / reset browser
    Tried different browser

    and still no joy

    Any ideas anyone?
