    Lightbulb City and Adress changed themselves to required fields how do I fix this?

    So when I first began working on my site it was only requiring a user to enter in their Zip code and the normal title and description stuff. But now its requiring tags(i dont mind) but also City and Address. The City I do not mind but the Address I want to be optional how do i make this not required again?
