Classipress ads not saving Visual formatting after publish

I'm having an issue with Classipress and the visual editor. The visual editor allows the users to do visual styling to their ads but when you pull up the ad again in the dashboard, all the lines are run together, neglecting that there were return lines and headings, etc. Only bold emphasis on the type is still intact.

NOTE: When the ad is submitted, the formatting currently in the editing box gets published. The loss of formatting only occurs when the author tries to subsequently edit their listing.
