Classipress: emails from the website not received by some users
Hello,
I have a critic problem.
I have discovered that there are some problems with sending emails from the website.
Tests:
- Automatic registration mail from Classipress: I have tested that I receive it myself, but at least a couple of users have reported that they haven’t received it: It’s not in their Spam folder. Moreover, one of the users’ email is from a private domain (and they checked the email didn’t fell in any automatic filter) The other is from hotmail.
- Contact form of an ad: I have tested that I receive it myself, I put my own email in the contact form and it went to the Spam folder. How come? I tested this form with the users from the previous situation, and they don’t receive the emails from the contact form. I have proof that other user receives it. So???
- One of the users tried to retrieve the password, and he didn't receive any email
This is critic, if users don’t get contacts from buyers, the whole website is not doing its work
HTML option for email is disabled
