How do i accomplish the following;

1. Google Maps - allow poster to insert data once for location for all ads, how can this be done?
2. Picture Change - do we have to use WordPress › User Photo « WordPress Plugins
3. Ad does not display the category name within the advert - how do i add this?
4. If i use WordPress › Register Plus Redux « WordPress Plugins to add extra login fields how do i display the fields in the poster tab or the advert?
