Classipress registration not working

Hi,

url - www.delhi-ads.com
php version - 5.6.32
classipress version - 3.61
os - Linux


Issue: New user is not able to register

Steps to reproduce
-----------------
1> Click on "Register"
2> enter username, email and check on "I am not a robot"
3> verify captcha images
4> Click Create account

After clicking "create account", the site goes to home page and this user do not get any registration email or anything. When I check in admin panel, this user is not there.

I have following setting
1> Classipress --> Settings --> Advanced

Set Password -- un checked -- Let the user create their own password vs a system generated one

2> In wordresss --> General --> Membership
Membership -- checked -- Anyone can register
