Classipress User Login Error

Hi there
I'm currently in the processes of setting up my classipress site, this is my first time using classipress so i'm not sure where to begin with this issue.


I have tried creating a test user account which seems to have worked fine but once I try to login as this new user I am shown the page below.

This is what I have tried so far
- Copy and Paste the automatically generated password from the registration email
- manually typed username and email
- Logging in from a different browser (Chrome & Internet Explorer)
I've also tried looking through the forums and googled the problem but haven't been able to find anyone with a similar problem as of yet.

Any help would be much appreciated!
