    Coupons Not Working (Add New does nothing)

    Hi everyone.

    I'm running CP 3.1.9 and WP 3.3.2 I am trying to add new coupons.

    When clicking 'Add new' , on the coupons page, nothing happens, the screen reloads and nothing new is displayed. ie. there are no error messages at all.
    ( I've read through the 'upgrade coupon fix issues' around the forum, I'm not receiving the error message, and I've had a look through my DB for the wp_options, cp_version tables, I can't seem to locate them either?)

    Please help me to sort out, any advice will greatly appreciated.
