    CP 3.3.3 Fix for WP 3.9 TinyMCE Issue

    What specifically was changed in CP 3.3.3 to resolve the issue with the TinyMCE toolbar not showing after WP 3.9 update? I am running CP 3.1.9 and cannot upgrade so would like to incorporate this fix if possible. Thanks.
