    Post Cron Jobs two times a day?

    I am wondering if there is away to change the frequencies of the cron jobs. For example

    Twice Daily wp_version_check
    Twice Daily wp_update_plugins
    Twice Daily wp_update_themes

    To me that is excessive. I won't have lots of traffic, so I think is too much.
