Custom Field Not Showing Up under "Available Fields" on Form Layout

Sorry, Major Newbie here!
I created a custom field and then I was creating a form layout. It worked great- then I decided I needed a couple more custom fields in this particular form so I go back to custom fields, created them , when I go back to Form Layout they do not show up? I refreshed....went back to custom fields page.... yep they are there. But don't show up under "available fields" on form layout screen.

Any Ideas?
