Custom fields Modified dates weirdness Updated 3.0.5.1

    While testing 3.0.5.1 ---

In the Admin panel in this view ?page=fields I have lots of test custom fields of all different types made over the past months of testing.

Today I created 2 more Custom fields. When I returned to the complete listed rows of Custom fields I found a whole bunch of non-modified Custom fields showing today's date and last modification time (when I created the 2nd new Custom field) being assigned to many custom fields.

The "Modified" header is showing for many of my fields (that were not modified by me at this time)
    "November 23, 2010 7:21 am by admin"

Not only for custom fields of all types but for some of the Default fields, such as "Website" and "Date".

This is not helpful since it is false information about when I modified custom fields. There seems to be no consistency--since it seems to happen randomly.

I just created another field, this time a radio button. When the master list returned it showed that many custom fields had been "Modified" to the latest date and time.
