Custom Fields Non-Existent on Listing Review (Step 2 of New Ad Process)
I have a completely custom form for my listings. No state, no country, no city, because I am targeting only one state in one country. City I have my own custom dropdown field called "Locale" which is searchable in my theme thanks to AdSplash.
Here is the problem though. When the user submits an item using the custom form I've created, if there is no country and state selection (because its not even in the friggin form (google maps is OFF)), it errors out. Ive been paying for advertising all week wondering why no one is listing anything and now I know why I have users with numbers next to their names under "Ads" but no ads showing up...this is a pretty big deal if you ask me.
Here is an example:
I submit a printer using my form which consists of "Title", "Locale", "Description", "Price", and "Tags". If they submit it, it errors out and says "No country selected" "No state selected". Awesome.
So I add State and City to it and just delete everything but the state and country I am targeting from the dropdown, which they still have to select...ANNOYING...
Now I submit it and it goes through....but NONE OF THE CUSTOM FIELDS ARE SHOWING IN THE REVIEW STEP.
Instead its all the fields for the default form which I am not even using:

This is a FAST, COLOR laser printer. It has around 65% ink levels in all cartridges, which means it's good for another few thousand pages.
It's a bit heavy, but it gets the job done and is a very nice quality print. I just don't have much use for it right now so might as well find someone that can put it to good use.
I'd like $150 for it. It's a $400+ printer new.

How can I fix this? I've got ongoing ad campaigns which I cannot pause or stop....and I'm throwing money out the window right now thanks to this issue.

I don't understand why you would have custom form layouts and not make the submission process (the most important feature of the site) actually function properly with it.
