Different ad-blocks from adrotate in each category

Hi, I am working on a new website using classipress, and have installed Adrotate which works just fine.

I know this is a third party plugin, but hope that somone else here has a solution.

My website is for motorbikes, ATVs, equipments etc etc, and I would like to use different bannerads in each main category (and also the main page). With 7 main categories my bannerads for sale will be 7 times more if I can manage this.

Since Classipress are using its own category system instead of Wordpress I either need to get adrote to connect to classipress categories, or somehow connect classipress categories to wordpress categories (or maybe somthing completely different).

Any idea anyone?
