Drop down fields defaulting to First choice if set to Required

Using Drop down for Custom fields, when placing an ad, its defaulting to the First choice entry IF we had set the field to Required, the entry is pushed based on that default selection.

If we DO NOT set the Drop down field to Required, then its defaulting to a -- Select -- field which is good, but we're losing the reinforcement of making that given field Required.

Solution: Drop-down menus should default to a Blank entry to allow the Required field to take effect and also for the user to actually select an option.
