    Edit Profile link leads to empty page

    When a user is logged in on my site, on the home page when I click edit profile, it takes me to basically an empty page with no fields to edit anything, nor any actual profile information. I attached a screenshot of the page it takes you to when clicking "edit profile". Im new to this so if its something Im simply overlooking im sorry. Thanks
