Editing profiles?

Hi
I have denied access to the admin area of wordpress because the advertisers simply don't need to use it with the way classipress is configured. But I have just noticed something, the users can not update their profiles.

How do we allow users to update their profiles without having access to the admin area? Say to change their avatar, password, add a twitter or facebook account or even their website?

I would know this part of the question is a mod so I might have to look there, but can I enable the sign up form to ask for facebook and twitter ID's?
